The K2 Claims Services CAT team continues its 30-year tradition of being there for our clients when we are needed the most. Our 40+ CAT Team members deployed to Louisiana on August 31, 2021, well before most of our competitors arrived. Our Mobile Catastrophe Village opened in Raceland, Louisiana, on September 1, 2021, to walk our clients through the claim process, provide additional living expense (ALE) advances and essential supplies through Community Incidence Response (CIR).
