Employee Appreciation Event

Employee Appreciation Event Brings Remote Team Together in Harrisburg

On July 8, 2025, K2 Claims Services welcomed its senior leadership and local Harrisburg employees for a memorable Employee Appreciation event, marking one of the few occasions the fully-remote company comes together in person. The bi-annual strategy meeting for the senior team provided an invaluable opportunity for in-depth training, strategic planning, and team bonding—an experiential highlight that underscores K2’s commitment to fostering collaboration, regardless of geography.

Event Highlights

  • Senior Team Strategy Meeting: Senior leaders convened at our Harrisburg office for a full-day strategy session, reviewing mid-year performance, refining key initiatives, and setting goals for the remainder of 2025.
  • In-Person Training & Workshops: Interactive workshops focused on cross-functional collaboration, customer-centric best practices, and emerging trends in claims services. Attendees engaged in breakout sessions designed to ignite innovation and strengthen working relationships.
  • Community Spirit at the Ballpark: To show our appreciation for our Harrisburg team members, we treated everyone to an evening at the Harrisburg Senators baseball game. The group enjoyed America’s favorite pastime, complete with ballpark fare and camaraderie under the lights.
  • Team Bonding: From friendly pre-game competitions to shared reflections on company culture, the event fostered connections that will bolster teamwork in our day-to-day remote environment.

K2 Claims Services is proud to recognize the dedication of our employees! Bringing our senior team to Harrisburg not only drives strategic alignment but also celebrates the collaborative spirit that powers our organization—remotely and in person.

This event exemplifies K2’s ongoing effort to balance high-impact strategy work with meaningful employee engagement. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
