We are thrilled to share some wonderful news with our clients, policyholders, and all visitors to our site! As part of our ongoing dedication to excellence in service, we’re continuously seeking to grow and strengthen our team. We are adding an additional five property examiners to our staff in July/August. 

This month, we extend a warm welcome to our two newest members, who have joined our ranks as Sr. Property Examiner and Property Examiner, Cheryl Johnson, and Tamera Pope. 

Cheryl and Tamera embarked on their journey with K2 Claims Services, in our July training class. They’re already immersing themselves in the nuances of our claims handling procedures and operations, all to ensure that our policyholders receive nothing but the best service. 

In the near future, both will be actively involved in handling claims. Their commitment to efficient, empathetic, and effective support to our policyholders aligns perfectly with our mission. We’re confident their contributions will further strengthen our commitment to providing exceptional service with utmost transparency and integrity.

Under the experienced leadership of their manager, Jeff Marsh, we’re certain that Tamera and Cheryl will significantly contribute to our daily operations and long-term objectives. Their fresh perspectives and innovative ideas are sure to enrich the overall experience for our clients and policyholders.
