Bill Randall has joined us as the Vice President of Investigations, bringing over 20 years of experience in claims management, investigations, and executive leadership. With his expertise and accomplishments in the industry, we are confident in his ability to drive our investigative efforts to new heights.
Bill’s impressive background includes serving as the SIU Director, TPA Executive, and Multi-Line Licensed Adjuster. He has personally handled over a thousand claim investigations, settlement conferences, and civil and criminal trials. In addition, Bill has excelled in managing operations and leading teams of up to 300 employees, earning him executive experience at small and medium-sized corporations.
His extensive knowledge and skills extend beyond claims management, with a proven track record in project management, training, operations improvement, and public speaking. Bill’s expertise has been recognized in the insurance industry and law enforcement, where he has provided training and testified in criminal and civil courts.
In his new role as VP of Investigations, Bill will oversee SIU compliance issues, internal controls, report preparation, training and mentoring, client relationship management, revenue goals, loss/alae mitigation, and expense management. Additionally, Bill will ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency by developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
