K2 Claims Services Initiates First Notice of Loss Direct Entry

K2 Claims Services is thrilled to announce an enhancement to the first notice of loss (FNOL) process. Over the last few months, we have been working on a dedicated FNOL portal allowing our call center to enter claims directly into our K2 Claims platform. This new portal facilitates a much faster intake of new claims.

 

The benefits include:

  1. Reduced time from FNOL report to claim creation/assignment.
    1. The caller will be given the claim number during the FNOL report.
    2. Assignment of the examiner will occur significantly faster.
    3. Management will have real-time access to new loss volume and geo footprint.
