K2 Claims Services is thrilled to announce an enhancement to the first notice of loss (FNOL) process. Over the last few months, we have been working on a dedicated FNOL portal allowing our call center to enter claims directly into our K2 Claims platform. This new portal facilitates a much faster intake of new claims.

- Reduced time from FNOL report to claim creation/assignment.
- The caller will be given the claim number during the FNOL report.
- Assignment of the examiner will occur significantly faster.
- Management will have real-time access to new loss volume and geo footprint.
- Advanced Severity Detection. The new portal utilizes a proprietary data analytic engine to triage and escalate claims that need immediate attention.
- Enhanced Data Integrity – The direct entry into our system significantly reduces the risk of manual data entry errors, allowing for the more efficient claim processing.
