12/1/2021 – K2 Claims Services, LLC is excited to announce that we have taken over the claims handling of a portion of American Reliable’ s (AR)/Global Indemnity (GI) mobile/manufactured home and low value dwelling book of business nationally. K2 Insurance Services, LLC (“K2”) has acquired American Reliable specialty residential property business, including its manufactured home and dwelling lines that will nearly double our low value dwelling (Core) Property Business with carrier partner Homesite Insurance. We are busy onboarding over 15 new teammates and working through a myriad of operational and technology transition initiatives to seamlessly integrate the business. We look forward to providing excellent customer service and industry leading results to all American Reliable / Homesite policyholders.
