- To build and maintain a successful program, we believe that communication between underwriting, the insurers/client, and claims is essential.
- We encourage active and ongoing discussions regarding trends, large losses, current case law/regulations that may impact business, pending or new legislation, and policy/endorsement language changes.
- We host monthly claims calls with each client to discuss significant losses, claim trends, and other account-specific concerns. We believe these calls help foster a collaborative strategy between underwriting, claims and our carrier partners.
