K2 Claims Services Participates in Lucky Duck Foundation Spring Swing Charity Event

K2 Claims Services is proud to announce that it participated in the Lucky Duck Foundation Spring Swing charity event on Saturday, April 23, 2023. The event was held at The Santaluz Club in San Diego, CA. The Lucky Duck Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides programs and services to help homeless individuals and families in San Diego County. The organization was founded in 2017 by a group of San Diego residents who were passionate about addressing the issue of homelessness in their community. K2 Claims Services was one of over 100 companies that participated in the Spring Swing event.

K2 Claims selected to handle Sports and Special Event Program for Aegis Security Insurance Company

We are excited to announce that K2 Claims Services, LLC will be servicing the General Liability and Property claims for Aegis Security Insurance Company on the Accident, Health, and General Liability program written through Aegis General Insurance Agency. The program involves several types of specialty risks, including youth sports, special events, and inflatables. K2 Claims has extensive experience handling complex sports liability and property claims. We look forward to providing excellent results for the customers and all stakeholders in this program.

K2 CLAIMS SERVICES, MOBILE CATASTROPHE UNIT

K2 Claims Services, LLC adds a brand-new Mobile Catastrophe Unit to beef up our CAT response capabilities. Since the Camp Fire in 2018, we have mobilized a Catastrophe Unit to help our client’s policyholders in major catastrophic events such as Hurricane Laura and Ida. In collaboration with Community Incidence Response (CIR), K2CS’s CAT mobile sites include supplies/services for policyholders, such as drinking water, phone charging, portable bathrooms, toiletry kits, showers, and washers/dryers to do laundry.  This addition also allows us to respond to CAT event(s) anywhere in the contiguous 48 States.

K2 Claims Services Initiates First Notice of Loss Direct Entry

K2 Claims Services is thrilled to announce an enhancement to the first notice of loss (FNOL) process. Over the last few months, we have been working on a dedicated FNOL portal allowing our call center to enter claims directly into our K2 Claims platform. This new portal facilitates a much faster intake of new claims.   The benefits include: Reduced time from FNOL report to claim creation/assignment. The caller will be given the claim number during the FNOL report. Assignment of the examiner will occur significantly faster.
