From May 9 to May 12, 2023, our team gathered in Louisville, KY, for an intensive and transformative training program that exceeded all expectations. Bringing together over 20 esteemed participants and industry experts, our camp occurred in Louisville, Kentucky, from May 9, 2023, to May 12, 2023. This exceptional event served as a platform to foster camaraderie and strengthen our commitment to delivering prompt and effective catastrophe claims handling.   The heart of our camp was the comprehensive training conducted by

K2 Claims Services, LLC adds a brand-new Mobile Catastrophe Unit to beef up our CAT response capabilities. Since the Camp Fire in 2018, we have mobilized a Catastrophe Unit to help our client’s policyholders in major catastrophic events such as Hurricane Laura and Ida. In collaboration with Community Incidence Response (CIR), K2CS’s CAT mobile sites include supplies/services for policyholders, such as drinking water, phone charging, portable bathrooms, toiletry kits, showers, and washers/dryers to do laundry.  This addition also allows us to respond to CAT event(s) anywhere in the contiguous 48 States.

K2 Claims has exceptional expertise in handling commercial DIC claims and we look forward to providing superior service to all stakeholders on this program.

Paul and his team have been handling K2/Aegis claims for over 25 years and will continue to do so uninterrupted.
